I could never figure out what was causing it but I just went to a Shrine of the Tribunal upstairs in the Balmora temple for Almsivi Restoration and it removed the negative numbers. 🤷‍♂️ Best reason I can imagine is bonewalkers giving me an invisible debuff at some point.
