Just finished 'Music' and  'Exteriors' and now game crashing as soon as I step outside. So, i don't know if it could be a dependency on something ive yet to install. But I cannot make heads or tails of the crash.log

Just got to The Wolverine Hall in openmw modding (expanded vanilla list) and it is saying it needs to have the tes3cmd process run on Beautiful cities of Morrowind.esp.  Is that something someone could possibly pass along here or is it a need permission to distribute thing?
