2026-05-22T00:10:58 Did the touchscreen support (for duron's... though betting sisah's will have same condition) have to deal with tooltips in a specific way to only select item (in inventory) upon releasing (untouching?) so as to be able to look at other tooltips or not select anything at all by moving finger off any items? Discovered Extended Inventory has condition where touching selects automatically so cannot not select. 2026-05-22T00:22:52 In that mod, "r" picks up and drops items 2026-05-22T00:23:04 I don't know anything about this, I always just looked on mouse over. However since any button can have mouse look and not button click you could get around it by having another button just for the cursor 2026-05-22T00:23:32 Or this lol 2026-05-22T00:24:03 It's how the mod is made, not really on android on 2026-05-22T00:24:11 The inventory was completely rebuilt in lua 2026-05-22T00:25:49 You can have "r" or another button re assigned to pick up and drop from the inventory and then go in the launcher to make that button show in menus 2026-05-22T00:28:28 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1230952265993556030/1507178295425237162/2026-05-21-20-27-07.mp4?ex=6a10f4ab&is=6a0fa32b&hm=1a574417b05333900a291d4bccf4c1dd9a5a536e9319b033e188affb75222b2d& 2026-05-22T00:35:23 You know, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for me to add a feature where the right thumbstick goes invisible or close to it in menu mode 2026-05-22T00:38:08 That sounds like a good idea. 2026-05-22T00:42:54 Or disable it and the entire screen controls the cursor 2026-05-22T00:48:06 Didn't get that far. It's the inability to look at tooltips without selecting the first thing you look at, via full controllerless touchscreen. That mod is beautiful just not quite there yet for android. Plus still hoping there would be an Elvish Interface patch. 2026-05-22T00:48:06 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1230952265993556030/1507183235073966182/Screenshot_20260521-163845_Alpha-3_Launcher.png?ex=6a10f945&is=6a0fa7c5&hm=114b3b338776c9d474e338dafd083f16e01646af751f117913ad84980a706200& 2026-05-22T00:48:07 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1230952265993556030/1507183235568767026/Screenshot_20260521-164219_Alpha-3_Launcher.png?ex=6a10f945&is=6a0fa7c5&hm=0de7ee653a9e1e650c4007bce8b67fa0d66637aedcc324b6f0a83128aa196b07& 2026-05-22T00:51:05 Not to mention the massive QoL having a mod that placed the tooltip an inch left or right of the touch point. We'll see... Need an android port of the construction set. 2026-05-22T03:20:36 *** ChanServ sets mode: +o DarthGandalf 2026-05-22T05:51:16 *** ChanServ sets mode: +o DarthGandalf 2026-05-22T11:34:21 *** copper.libera.chat sets mode: +o ChanServ 2026-05-22T20:23:39 Hi I'm trying to mod morrowind for the first time and I wanted to use this shader https://github.com/zesterer/openmw-shaders/#download So I followed the instructions. And modified a few lines in the setting.cfg file. Then transfered the shader file into the data of morrowind but nothing seems to work. So my question is do I need to find a way rename the files to overwrite the default shader ? Or do I need to learn how 2026-05-22T20:23:39 to create a data path ?
