2026-04-27T01:57:26 Anyone knows if "Total overhaul" changes the spawn or locations with npcs:Trerayna Dalen and Mollimo of Cloudrest? Both near Tel Branora? I arrived there today with this character for the first time. I notice that only 1 bosmer named "Cun" was standing as they normly would? 😄 No other bodyguards or Trerayna was there. Likewise is the altmer Mollimo no where to be found. Have any Telvanni mods changed 2026-04-27T01:57:27 something? or just a common pathing or something else killed them off screen? 😄 As I have not been near this area untill now. 2026-04-27T02:02:00 Hello friends! Im new here and i wish to ask for some aid. 2026-04-27T02:02:42 Can anyone aid me with installing the mod list manually on linux? 2026-04-27T02:03:19 I sincerely understand little of what the ask guide ask of me to a certain extent. 2026-04-27T04:46:36 <.gonzo.> Sure, but why not automatically 2026-04-27T07:05:55 I recommend the automated way, you're not locked out of customising your modlist by picking it 2026-04-27T08:22:47 *** ChanServ sets mode: +v Expandor_ 2026-04-27T08:23:23 I added it mid-save, so it was wonky. I didn't do the cell thing, i simply used tcl to get to where i needed and never came back to the place until i was on a fresh save where everything was aight 2026-04-27T08:24:27 *** Expandor_ is now known as Expandor 2026-04-27T08:25:34 Paths for your distro are here. https://share.google/4iATdg36xXIdGPXPh 2026-04-27T08:45:25 If you want that you're going to have to go to each mod page and download them. There is a couple of ways to mod manually, you can add the mods in question to your Data Files folder(it's located where morrowind is on your PC, if you are on steam just select it and , right click on it in the list of games and select manage>browse local files) but that can and will get messy because it would be hard to fish out the mod 2026-04-27T08:45:26 files if something goes wrong, and it will eventually. Some mods will require to go into the config file and add " data="/path/to/your/mod/folder" " and " content=yourmod.esp " (sometimes mods also have omwscripts files, you also add those through content=). But there is a better way to do this, create a separate mods folder, drop the unpacked mods there. Open the Openmw launcher, go into the "Data 2026-04-27T08:45:26 Directories" , click "append" on the right, pick the directory to your separate mod folder. Now whenever you install a mod, just drop it in your mods folder, click append in the launcher, select the mod in question. It should appear as a data directory now and you'll get the .esp and .omwscripts showing up in your content files. Hope this helps 2026-04-27T12:38:33 Hello, can OpenMW lua add spells to vendors? 2026-04-27T12:42:26 I tested and can add a spell to a vendor NPC using ActorSpells:add(spellOrId), but it does not show it when bartering 2026-04-27T12:44:19 types.NPC.spells(npc):add("your_spell") 2026-04-27T12:56:39 thanks, I was being stupid 🙂 it didn't show for sale because I already had the spell 2026-04-27T14:11:48 *** ChanServ sets mode: +v OpenMW-logger 2026-04-27T14:11:50 *** ChanServ sets mode: +v OpenMW-bridge 2026-04-27T14:11:51 *** ChanServ sets mode: +v Expandor 2026-04-27T15:49:39 hello people 2026-04-27T15:51:03 i installed morrowind total overhaul, but it keeps spamming a notification that daisys lua doesnt work with 5.0 and it needs 5.1, can i update the openmw version while keeping the modlist intact? 2026-04-27T16:33:40 Hello!
